The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sent a message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, on the occasion of the National Day of Saudi Arabia.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“Your Highness,
I am delighted to extend warm felicitations and heartfelt well wishes to Your Highness, the Government and the people of Saudi Arabia on the auspicious occasion of the 93rd National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Maldives and Saudi Arabia have long shared bonds of close relations deeply rooted in our shared Islamic heritage, cultural affinities and historical ties. Above all, our mutual commitment to Islamic solidarity strengthens the foundation of our friendship. I am confident that these fraternal ties will continue to thrive in the years to come, fostering cooperation and goodwill between our two nations.
