The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Telecommunications of the Republic of San Marino, Luca Beccari, on the occasion of their Independence Day.
