Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulla Shahid has sent a message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Benin, Olushegun Adjadi Bakari, on the occasion of Benin’s Independence Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“Let me convey my warm felicitations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Benin on the occasion of your Independence Day.
As you celebrate this joyous occasion, let me express our sincere hope that the relations between the Maldives and Benin will strengthen in the coming years.
