The Government of Maldives strongly condemns the terrorist assault on petroleum products distribution station in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 23 November 2020.
This deliberate cowardly act targeting civilian areas and economic infrastructure clearly violates the international laws and threatens the security of the Kingdom and the region together with the stability of global energy supplies.
The Government of Maldives reaffirms its solidarity with the brotherly people and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reiterates its steadfast commitment to the fight against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
