The newly appointed Ambassador of Nepal to the Maldives, Bashu Dev Mishra, paid a courtesy call on Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Moosa Zameer today, following the Presentation of Credentials to His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, President of the Republic of Maldives at a ceremony held at the President’s Office this morning.
During the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Zameer congratulated Ambassador Mishra on his appointment and exchanged views on further strengthening the existing bilateral relations between the Maldives and Nepal. Both Minister Zameer and Ambassador Mishra also reaffirmed their commitment to continue working closely in the multilateral arena.
Minister Zameer was accompanied by Foreign Secretary Fathimath Inaya, Secretary Bilateral Dr. Hala Hameed, Additional Secretary Mohamed Faisal and Assistant Director Aishath Leen Fazeeh.
