Minister of Foreign Affairs, Moosa Zameer has sent a message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud, on the occasion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“It is with great pleasure that I extend warm greetings and sincere felicitations to Your Highness, the Government and the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia on the 94th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Maldives and Saudi Arabia share a long history of close bilateral ties, which was formalized 43 years ago, with the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1981. Our mutual commitment to our Islamic heritage, our cultural kinship and our shared values continue to strengthen the fraternal bonds between our two nations. Let me take this opportunity to convey our firm commitment to further enhancing our cooperation and deepening the close bilateral relations between our two countries.
Let me also offer my personal best wishes and prayers for Your Highness’s good health and well-being and continued progress and prosperity for the people of Saudi Arabia.
