The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, His Excellency Moosa Zameer has sent a message of felicitations to His Excellency Dr. Mamadou Tangara, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad of the Republic of The Gambia, on the occasion of The Gambia’s Independence Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government and the people of the Republic of Maldives, it is my pleasure to extend warm greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of The Gambia on the joyous occasion of The Gambia’s Independence Day.
I look forward to working together with Your Excellency to further enhance the cooperation between our two countries for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your good health and well-being and continued progress, and prosperity for the people of The Gambia.”
