Minister of Foreign Affairs, Moosa Zameer, has concluded his Official Visit to the United Arab Emirates.
During the two-day visit, Minister Zameer called on the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and held fruitful discussions on ways to diversify and deepen the existing relations between the two countries. At this meeting, Minister Zameer delivered to His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a letter from President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, addressed to the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Minister Zameer also met with the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi. In addition, Minister Zameer visited the Embassy of the Maldives in the UAE and had an interactive discussion with the Ambassador of the Maldives to the UAE, Mohamed Hussain Shareef and the staff at the Embassy.
Minister Zameer was accompanied by Ambassador-at-Large, Ahmed Naseer; Secretary, Bilateral, Dr. Hala Hameed; and Joint Secretary, Mariyam Reesha.
