The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends message of felicitations to José Manuel Albares Bueno, Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain, on the occasion of the National Day of Spain.
Minister's message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to convey sincere felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Spain, on the occasion of the National Day of Spain.
This year, we marked 44 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries. I stand assured that the close and friendly ties between Spain and the Maldives will continue to thrive and flourish in the years ahead.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration, and sincere wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Spain.”
