The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives Dr. Abdulla Khaleel sends message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdulla Ali Al-Yahya, on the occasion of the National Day and the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.
Minister's message reads as follows:
"Excellency,
Let me extend warm felicitations and well wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the brotherly people of the State of Kuwait, on the auspicious occasions of Kuwait’s National Day on the 25 February and Liberation Day on 26 February.
The Maldives and Kuwait shares an enduring friendship deeply rooted in our common Islamic values, culture, and history, a bond that has grown steadily stronger over the years.
I remain confident that the excellent relations, mutual respect, and cooperation between our two nations will continue to flourish in the years ahead.
May I also take this opportunity to convey my personal well wishes and prayers for Your Excellency’s good health and happiness, and for the lasting progress and prosperity and well-being for the people of Kuwait.
