The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel sends a message of felicitations to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, on the occasion of Pakistan Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On the joyous occasion of Pakistan Day, it gives me great pleasure to convey my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to Your Excellency and the brotherly people of Pakistan.
I take this opportunity to reaffirm the longstanding bonds of friendship and cooperation between our two countries founded on shared faith and mutual respect. The Maldives deeply values the continued support and assistance extended by Pakistan across a range of sectors which has played a meaningful role in advancing our national development priorities. I remain confident that the cordial relations between the Maldives and Pakistan will continue to grow stronger in the years ahead.
