The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel sends a message of felicitations to Carlos Ramiro Martínez Alvarado, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala on the occasion of the National Day of Guatemala.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
