The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel sends a message of felicitations to the Minister for External Affairs International Trade, Civil Aviation and Diaspora Affairs, Alva Romanus Baptiste, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Saint Lucia.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Maldives, and on my own behalf, I extend warm felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Saint Lucia, as you celebrate your Independence Day.
As fellow Small Island Developing States (SIDS), I am confident that the bond of friendship between our two nations will grow stronger in the coming years on areas of mutual interest.
