The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel sends a message of felicitations to the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, Johann Wadephul, on the occasion of the National Day of Germany.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
"On behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, I would like to extend felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Germany, on the auspicious occasion of your National Day.
Germany has long been a trusted and important partner of the Maldives, with our collaboration spanning over crucial areas such as climate change, trade and tourism.
As we approach the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Maldives and Germany, I am eager to work closely with you to deepen the ties of friendship and explore new opportunities for mutual growth and development.
