20 March 2022, Male’: The Government of Maldives strongly condemns the multiple attacks targeting economic installations and civilian infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 20 March 2022.
Such cowardly acts of terrorism aimed at vital economic infrastructure and innocent civilians, clearly violate international law and threaten the security of the Kingdom and the region, and hinder global energy supplies.
The Government of Maldives reaffirms its solidarity with the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against those threatening its security and reiterates its steadfast commitment to the fight against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
