The newly appointed Non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Maldives, Dr. Maen Khreasat paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Moosa Zameer today, following the Presentation of Credentials by the Ambassador to the President of the Maldives, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, at a ceremony held at the President’s Office this morning.
During the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Zameer congratulated Dr. Khreasat on his appointment and exchanged views on further enhancing the bilateral friendship and cooperation between the Maldives and Jordan, for the mutual benefit of both countries. Minister Zameer and Ambassador Dr. Khreasat also reaffirmed their commitment to continue working closely in the multilateral arena on issues of mutual interest and concern.
Minister Zameer was accompanied by Her Excellency Fathimath Inaya, Foreign Secretary, Her Excellency Dr. Hala Hameed, Secretary, Bilateral, Mr. Ahmed Fazeel, Director and Ms. Mizna Waheed, Chief General Service Officer.
