Furthermore, when travelling abroad, all Maldivians are urged to register at the resident or closest diplomatic mission of the Maldives. All travellers are also advised to avail of travel health insurance before travelling.
Maldivians living abroad are advised to follow the instructions from the public health authorities of the respective host countries.
