29 April 2014, Male'; President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rtd) Mohamed Fayaz as the High Commissioner of the Maldives to Malaysia. President Yameen presented the letter of appointment to Mohamed Fayaz at a ceremony held at the President's Office this morning.
