Newly appointed Ambassador of Switzerland to Maldives calls on Minister of State for Foreign Affairs
Ambassador of Switzerland to Maldives, Dr. Dominik Furgler paid a courtesy call on the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Khaleel, today.
During the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs this afternoon, State Minister Khaleel congratulated Ambassador Furgler on his appointment and assured Maldives’ willingness to cooperate with Switzerland in matters of mutual importance such as climate action, cooperation in the field of tourism, human resource and economic development.
State Minister Khaleel was accompanied by Shiuneen Rasheed, Joint Secretary and Mohamed Shujau, Desk Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
