06 December 2013, Male'; Following the passing away of former President Nelson Mandela, President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has declared that the National Flag be flown at half-mast for 3 days, beginning tomorrow.
The President has also decided that the Minister at the President's Office, Mr. Mohamed Hussain Shareef would represent the Maldives at the funeral of the former South African President.
