The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Moosa Zameer sends message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, Justin Tkatchenko, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Papua New Guinea.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“It gives me great pleasure to convey warm greetings and best wishes, on behalf of the Government, the people of Maldives, and my own behalf, to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Papua New Guinea on the occasion of your Independence Day.
I am confident that the cooperation between the Maldives and Papua New Guinea in the multilateral fora, on addressing the unique challenges faced by SIDS, will continue to strengthen in the future.
I also take this opportunity to extend my best wishes for your good health and well-being and for the prosperity of the people of Papua New Guinea.
