Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Moosa Zameer sends a message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, His Excellency M.U.M. Ali Sabry, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Sri Lanka.
The Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government and the people of the Republic of Maldives, it gives me immense pleasure to extend my warm greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government, and the People of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the occasion of your 76th Independence Day.
I highly value our partnership and bilateral relationship which have deepened over the past few decades. I am looking forward to enhance cooperation between our two countries for the betterment of our countries and people, in the interest of ensuring peace, stability and constructive cooperation in the South Asian region.
Please accept, Excellency, My best wishes for your good health and well-being, and the continued peace, progress, and prosperity of your people”.
