The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, His Excellency Moosa Zameer has sent a message of felicitations to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Eritrea, His Excellency Osman Saleh Mohammed, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Eritrea.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
"My sincere greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Eritrea on the occasion of your Independence Day.
On this auspicious occasion, let me convey our strong commitment to further expanding the existing ties of friendship between the Maldives and Eritrea.
Let me also convey my personal best wishes for Your Excellency's good health and well-being and prosperity for the people of Eritrea.
Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration."
