Minister Shahid sends Republic Day greetings to Nepal
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sent a message of greetings to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, on the occasion of the Republic Day of Nepal. Minister’s message reads as follows:
On the jubilant occasion of the Republic Day of Nepal, the Government and the people of Maldives join me in extending warm felicitations and heartfelt good wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the friendly people of Nepal.
Maldives and Nepal enjoy warm and friendly relations and I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the Government of Nepal for its continued assistance to Maldives, especially in capacity development of the health sector. I am confident that Maldives and Nepal will continue to collaborate bilaterally, regionally, and internationally to promote our mutual interests.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your good health and happiness, and for continued peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Nepal.
