The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid has sent a message of felicitations to Péter Szijjártó, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, on the occasion of the National Day of Hungary.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to extend warm greetings and sincere good wishes to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Hungary, on the occasion of your National Day.
Our multifaceted partnership has continued to gain momentum in recent years marked by your historic visit to the Maldives and my visit to Hungary. I am glad that these interactions have further solidified our collaboration at various avenues including both bilateral and multilateral platforms, fortifying the bonds of friendship between our countries and peoples.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration as well as sincere wishes for your continued good health and the everlasting prosperity of the Republic of Hungary”
