Minister Shahid sends King's Day greetings to the Foreign Minister of Belgium
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Foreign Trade and the Federal Cultural Institutions of Belgium, Sophie Wilmes, on the occassion of the King's Day.
Minister's message reads as follows:
"On behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives, and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to extend sincere felicitation and warm wishes to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Belgium on the occasion of King’s Day.
Maldives – Belgium relations have continued to foster over the last four decades of diplomatic relations. I am confident that this close relations will continue to strengthen and grow in the years ahead.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your continued well being, peace and prosperity for the people of Belgium, and the assurances of my highest consideration."
