Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Micronesia
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends message of felicitations to the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Federated States of Micronesia, Kandhi A. Elieisar, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Micronesia.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives, and my own behalf, I extend warm greetings to Your Excellency and the people of Micronesia as you celebrate your Independence Day.
I am confident that as fellow SIDS with similar challenges, the cooperation between the Maldives and Micronesia will continue to strengthen in the years ahead.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration as well as sincere wishes for your continued good health and everlasting prosperity of your people.”
