Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to the Foreign Minister of Vanuatu
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends message of felicitations to Marc Ati, MP, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and External Trade of the Republic of Vanuatu, on the occasion of their Independence Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
"On behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, I would like to extend warm felicitations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Vanuatu, on the occasion of your 42nd Independence Day.
I look forward to enhancing cooperation between the two countries, especially by increasing our joint action in addressing the special vulnerabilities faced by SIDS.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your good health and well-being, and for further progress of the people of Vanuatu and the assurances of my highest considerations."
