Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to the Foreign Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Keisal M. Peters, on the Independence Day of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives, and my own behalf, I extend warm greetings to Your Excellency and the people of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as you celebrate your Independence Day.
As Small Island Developing States, the Maldives and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines share similar vulnerabilities and challenges. I look forward to enhancing our bilateral and multilateral relations to address these shared concerns.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration as well as sincere wishes for your continued good health and everlasting prosperity of your people."
