Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to the Foreign Minister of Antigua and Barbuda.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends message of felicitations to Everly Paul Chet Green, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Immigration of Antigua and Barbuda, on the occasion of their 40th Independence Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to extend warm greetings and good wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Antigua and Barbuda, on the occasion of your 40th Independence Day.
I look forward to strengthening the bilateral ties between the two countries and enhancing collaboration at the multilateral front through increased joint action in addressing the special vulnerabilities faced by SIDS.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your good health and well-being, and for further progress of the people of Antigua and Barbuda and the assurances of my highest considerations.”
