Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to Palestine
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to Riad Al Malki, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Palestine, on the occasion of the Independence Day of the State of Palestine.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“It is my pleasure to extend warm felicitations and good wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the brotherly people of the State of Palestine, on the occasion of your Independence Day.
Let me take this opportunity to reaffirm the solidarity we share with the people and the Government of Palestine and reiterate our steadfast commitment to advocate for the cause of Palestine within the international community.
I hope that the close ties between our two nations strengthen in the days ahead.
