Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to Lebanon
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrant of the Republic of Lebanon, Abdallah Bouhabib on the occasion of the Independence Day of Lebanon.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“Excellency,
It is my pleasure to convey warm greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Lebanon, on the jubilant occasion of you Independence Day.
It is my earnest hope that the fraternal relations between Maldives and Lebanon, based on our common Islamic and cultural heritage will continue to flourish.
I pray for the continued peace, progress and prosperity for the people of Lebanon.
