Minister’s message reads as follows:
I am pleased to extend warm greetings and good wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Republic of Kazakhstan, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Kazakhstan.
It is my sincere hope that the relations that exist between our two countries will further strengthen in the years ahead. I also wish the Government and the people of Kazakhstan progress and prosperity.
