Minister’s message reads as follows:
“It gives me great pleasure to convey heartfelt greetings to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of the Republic of Iraq on the joyous occasion of your Independence Day. Let me extend my sincere good wishes for Your Excellency’s good health, and for the continued peace, progress and prosperity of the people of Iraq.
