Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to Ethiopia
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, His Excellency Abdulla Shahid sent a message conveying felicitations to His Excellency Demeke Mekonnen Hassen, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia on the occasion of the National Day of Ethiopia.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“It is my pleasure to extend warm felicitations and best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Ethiopia, on the joyous occasion of the National Day of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
It is my earnest hope that the cordial relations between our two countries will strengthen in the years ahead. Let me also express my best wishes for the peace and prosperity of Ethiopia.
