The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Eduardo Rodríguez Parrilla, on the occasion of the Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution.
