Minister Shahid sends greetings on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Maldives and the Republic of Korea
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, His Excellency Abdulla Shahid has sent a message of felicitation to His Excellency Park Jin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, on the 55th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Maldives and the Republic of Korea.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“ It gives me great pleasure to extend my sincere greetings to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of the Republic of Korea, on the prestigious occasion of the 55th Anniversary of the establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Maldives and the Republic of Korea.
During the 55 years of bilateral relations, the bonds of close partnership between our two nations, founded on mutual respect and trust, common values and ideology, have prospered significantly over the past years, leaving the Republic of Korea close to the hearts of many Maldivian people.
I am confident that the historical ties and enduring friendship will be further strengthened with constructive engagements in areas of mutual benefit for both countries.
As we mark this important milestone in our bilateral relations, I wish to convey to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of the Republic of Korea continued success, peace, and prosperity.
