Minister’s message reads as follows:
"On the joyous occasion of Fiji Day, I wish to convey warm felicitations and best wishes, on behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of the Republic of Fiji. I am confident that the ties of friendship and cooperation between our two countries will be further strengthened and enriched in the years to come.
I take this opportunity to convey my personal good wishes for Your Excellency’s health and well-being and for the continued progress and prosperity of the friendly people of the Republic of Fiji and the assurances of my highest considerations."
