Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom, The Rt. Hon. Hugo Swire, departed Maldives this morning after concluding his official visit to the Maldives. Minister Swire was visiting the Maldives upon invitation of the Government of Maldives.
During the visit, Minister Swire called on the President of the Republic of Maldives, H. E. Mr. Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H. E. Ms. Dunya Maumoon.
The Rt. Honourable Hugo Swire was seen off at the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H. E. Ms. Dunya Maumoon and the Deputy Minister, H.E. Ms. Fathimath Inaya.
