5 June 2014, Male'; New High Commissioner Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Maldives to Pakistan, H. E. Major General (Retired) Moosa Ali Jaleel presented his letter of credence to the President of Pakistan H. E. Mr. Mamnoon Hussain today.
High Commissioner Jaleel conveyed wells wishes from H.E. President Yameen to H. E. Mr. Mamnoon Hussain and thanked for all the assistance that Pakistan had provided to the Maldives in the past and reassured that relations between the Maldives and Pakistan will continue to flourish. He stressed that it was his highest priority to further strengthen relations between the two countries.
