Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Ms Dunya Maumoon has met with H.E. Mr. Syed Tariq Fatemi, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs.
Minister Dunya is on a two-day official visit to Pakistan and will call on the Prime Minister of Pakistan later today and is also scheduled to meet Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs.
At the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, Minister Dunya discussed close cooperation between Maldives and Pakistan. In addition the Minister also thanked for the continued support extended by the Government of Pakistan at all times.
Minister Dunya was accompanied by H. E. Mr. Ahmed Saleem, High Commissioner of Maldives in Pakistan, and members of the delegation along with the senior officials of the High Commission of Maldives in Islamabad.
