Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Ms Dunya Maumoon has arrived in Islamabad this morning on a two-day official visit.
Minister Dunya will deliver a message from the President H.E. Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom to Prime Minister H.E. Nawaz Sharif. During the visit, the Minister will also meet her counterpart, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Sartaj Aziz, as well as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Syed Tariq Fatemi.
Minister Dunya is accompanied by Ms. Farzana Zahir, Joint Secretary and Ms. Aminath Shabeena, Director, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Minister Dunya was received at Benazir Bhutto International Airport by the High Commissioner of the Republic of Maldives to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, H.E. Ahmed Saleem and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.
