Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel has sent a message of felicitations to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, Fuad Mohammed Hussein on the occasion of Iraq’s Independence Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“My sincere greetings and felicitations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Iraq on the joyous occasion of your Independence Day.
I am confident that the ties of friendship and cooperation between the Maldives and Iraq will continue to grow, for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
