Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel has sent a message of felicitations to the Adviser for Foreign Affairs of the Interim Government of Bangladesh, Md. Touhid Hossain, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Bangladesh.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On the joyous occasion of the 54th Independence Day of Bangladesh, I extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to you, the Government and the people of Bangladesh.
Maldives and Bangladesh have enjoyed strong and friendly relations, built on mutual respect, understanding, and shared values. Maldives deeply appreciates the contributions and assistance Bangladesh has provided to support our nation's development. I am confident that our bilateral relations will continue to grow, strengthening our existing collaborations and exploring new areas for cooperation.
