14 April 2013, Male'; The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Maldives, His Excellency Mr. Alexander Karchava, has called on the Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Abdul Samad Abdullah, today.
The Foreign Minister and the Ambassador discussed ways of further strengthening the existing ties between the Maldives and Russia.The discussion also focused on increasing cooperation between the two countries in various areas of mutual benefit.
The meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was also attended by H.E. Mr. Abdul Azeez Yoosuf, Ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
