State Minister Ahmed Khaleel Meets with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H.E Ahmed Khaleel met with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh H.E. Md. Shahriar Alam, during his ongoing official visit to Dhaka, Bangladesh.
During the meeting held at the State Guest House, Padma., State Minister Ahmed Khaleel reflected on the long history of close relations between Maldives and Bangladesh, which has been elevated to new heights with the exchange of several high-level visits in 2021. The two State Ministers further discussed the cooperation and engagements between Maldives and Bangladesh, noting with appreciation, the strengthening and deepening of the multi-faceted relationship between Maldives and Bangladesh.
State Minister Ahmed Khaleel was accompanied by, H. E. Ms Shiruzimath Sameer, High Commissioner of Maldives to Bangladesh, Ms. Khadeeja Najeeha, Joint Secretary, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Maldives and Mr. Ahmed Fazeel, First Secretary at the High Commission of Maldives in Bangladesh.
