Minister Shahid sends Republic Day greetings to Iraq
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to Fuad Mohammad Hussein, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, on the occasion of their Republic Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“I wish to extend sincere felicitations and well wishes to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Iraq on the auspicious occasion of your Republic Day.
It is my earnest hope that the fraternal bonds of friendship between our two countries will further strengthen in the years ahead. I pray for lasting peace and prosperity for the brotherly people of Iraq.
