Minister Shahid sends National Day greetings to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium
Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Abdulla Shahid sent a message of greetings to Her Excellency Hadja Lahbib, Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Foreign Trade and the Federal Cultural Institutions of Belgium, on the occasion of the National Day of Belgium.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government, the People of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf it is my pleasure to convey sincere felicitations and warm greetings to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of the Kingdom of Belgium on the jubilant occasion of your National Day.
It is my sincere hope that the friendly relations and cooperation that exist between our two countries will be maintained and further strengthened in the future.
Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
