Minister Shahid sends Independence Day greetings to the Foreign Minister of Solomon Islands
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid sent a message of felicitations to Minister for Foreign Affairs and External Trade of Solomon Islands Jeremiah Manele, on the occasion of the Independence Day of Solomon Islands.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government, the people of the Republic of Maldives and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to extend warm greetings and sincere good wishes to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of the Solomon Islands, on the occasion of your Independence Day.
As fellow SIDS, I look forward to strengthening the friendly relations between our two countries and enhancing collaboration at the multilateral front.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your good health and well-being, and for further progress of the people of the Solomon Islands and the assurances of my highest considerations.”
