Foreign Minister Shahid sends a congratulatory message to the new Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Kenya
Minister of Foreign Affairs His Excellency Abdulla Shahid has sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency Dr. Alfred Mutua, on his appointment as the new Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Kenya.
Minister’s message read as follows:
“It is my pleasure to convey warm congratulations on Your Excellency’s appointment as the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of the Kenya.
The Maldives and Kenya have always enjoyed warm and friendly ties based on mutual respect and trust. I am confident that the friendly relations and cooperation that exist between our two countries will be further enhanced during your term in office.
I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency and the Government of the Republic of Kenya to further strengthen our cooperation in both, the bilateral and multilateral spheres.
